How long does it take to receive our films?
Delivery is typically 6–12 weeks, depending on the season and workload. If you need your video sooner, I offer expedited delivery within 2 weeks for an additional fee.
Are you insured?
Yes. Crestwood Media is fully insured with both general liability and professional liability coverage. Certificates of Insurance (COI) can be provided to venues or clients upon request.
Do you travel?
Absolutely. Travel within 2 hours of Syracuse, NY is included at no extra cost. For events beyond that, reasonable travel fees may apply for mileage, lodging, or airfare.
How is music selected?
All films are edited with licensed, royalty-free music to ensure copyright compliance. If you prefer a specific commercial song for personal use (like your private copy), I can accommodate that, but it cannot be posted publicly.
What happens if there’s bad weather or an emergency?
I take every reasonable step to adapt. If extreme weather or uncontrollable events occur (force majeure), I’ll work with you to reschedule if possible. If I’m physically unable to film (e.g., due to illness), I’ll provide a qualified replacement if available—or issue a full refund if not.
What happens if my venue has restrictions?
It’s the client’s responsibility to confirm that videography is allowed at your venue. Some churches or private locations have specific restrictions. I always respect their rules, but limitations may affect how much or where I can film.
Can we customize a package?
Yes — my packages are designed to be flexible. Whether you need extra hours, additional edits, raw footage, or unique deliverables, we can tailor the package to your needs.
What happens if there’s an equipment failure?
In the unlikely event of a technical failure (e.g., corrupted footage or camera malfunction), my liability is limited to a full refund of what you’ve paid. I also maintain multiple backups and redundancies to minimize that risk.
How do you back up our footage?
All footage is backed up to multiple secure drives during and after your event. Files are archived for 12 months following delivery. If you'd like, you can purchase a hard drive backup for long-term storage.
What’s not included in your packages?
Drone footage (not offered)
Guest interviews (unless arranged beforehand)
Raw background audio (e.g., dance floor chatter) unless specified
Full-day, unedited documentary-style footage beyond what's listed in the package
Any footage that is technically flawed, corrupted, or unusable
